Moving Truck Rules

• Truck is provided compliments of the Terri & Kieron Team at RE/MAX Suburban and available for use by our clients, as well as community organizations & charity groups.
• Reservations for the use of the truck are required, and filled on a "first come, first serve basis."
• Only licensed drivers, 21 years and older, may drive the vehicle. Proof of insurance & a valid driver's license must be provided prior to use. If there will be more than one driver - license and insurance must be provided, to us, for each individual. Driver's insurance should cover any vehicle damage during use. Driver will be liable for any deductible.
• Distance limitations do apply to truck usage: truck use is restricted to within the State of Illinois, and must be within a 50 mile radius of our office at 1344 S. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville.
• All required leasing documents must be read and signed prior to use. These forms are available through our office.
• No smoking in truck cab or storage area.
• No alcohol consumption before or during use.
• For your safety: do not store combustible materials in the truck.
• Please return the truck in clean condition, with a full tank of gas. The truck uses regular unleaded fuel.
• The Truck includes: ramp, 12 pads and a dolly. Boxes are not provided.
• The truck and cab are to be locked at all times. The Terri & Kieron Team is not responsible for the theft of personal items. The user assumes responsibility for the replacement of lost/stolen/damaged moving pads and dolly.
